Prince died today (April 21, 2016). Even the sky turned purple. Numerous bridges and buildings were also lit in his honor.
The Capella, IDS, and Target towers, topped in purple to mark the passing of Prince, are reflected in the waters of Lake Calhoun in south Minneapolis.
In memory of Prince, many downtown Minneapolis buildings were lit in purple on the day after his sudden passing.
